Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Project Manager - Operations to lead large strategic initiatives. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional operations projects aligned with enterprise standards, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and transparent execution.

This onsite role supports several US locations including Madison, WI, with a remote-work option where eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Operations, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• DBS certification or equivalent project-management framework knowledge.
• At least five years of project management experience in a PM role.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage global operations projects across multiple functions.
• Develop and maintain project plans with scope, schedule, risks and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure execution.
• Track risks, issues and dependencies and escalate as needed.
• Provide clear status reporting on milestones and delivery health.
