Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Operations to lead large cross-functional initiatives. You will plan, coordinate and deliver projects that improve processes, efficiency, and scalable solutions across the organization.

This role reports to the Operations PMO leader and is based onsite in Raleigh, NC (or other sites listed). Remote work is eligible; annual salary ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, with bonus eligibility and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• DBS certification in visual project management, problem solving, daily management, etc.
• Minimum of five years of project management experience in a project manager role.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools; experience leading process improvement and manufacturing initiatives.
• Experience applying traditional, agile, or hybrid PM methodologies.
• Ability to influence, motivate, and drive collaboration across project teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

The Senior Project Manager - Operations is responsible for the success of large strategic projects. As needed, they may also provide management for a small program and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering cross-functional operations focused projects across the organization in alignment with enterprise delivery standards and governance. They plan, execute and implement projects to deliver intended business outcomes, ideally on time, on budget and within scope according to business priorities. Throughout the lifecycle of the projects, the Senior Project Manager ensures consistent, reliable, and transparent project execution which effectively and efficiently utilizes organization resources.

This position reports to the Operations PMO leader and is part of the Operations department, located onsite in Coralville, IA, Fargo, ND, Boulder, CO, San Diego, CA, Raleigh, NC, or Madison, WI.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Project management, DBS certification (i.e., visual project management, problem solving, daily management, etc.)
• Prefer minimum of five years project management experience serving in the role as a project manager
• Knowledge and experience using project management methodologies and tools. Demonstrated expertise in leading process improvement, operational change, continuous improvement, and manufacturing initiatives.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience applying project management methodologies, including traditional, agile, or hybrid approaches.
• Proven ability to influence, motivate, drive collaboration, and assess performance across all project team members
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in addition to facilitation and presentation skills. Effectively interact with various levels in the organization.

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000.00 to $105,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
