Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in field or related area.
• PMP certification preferred; Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, execution, and launch of strategic projects for energy efficiency program delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement new systems, programs, and operational improvements.
• Define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technology solutions.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk/issue management.
• Provide regular status updates on project health and opportunities for optimization.
