Responsibilities

• Oversee the project's financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and P/L analysis.
• Serve as primary contact for the state client.
• Ensure operations comply with contract requirements and regulations.
• Set goals with Project Manager aligned to overall strategies.
• Manage project administration, budgets, controls, and HR.
• Plan priorities to achieve operational and performance goals.
• Review reports to ensure program objectives are met.
