The role focuses on managing financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis while serving as the primary contact for the state client. Responsibilities include ensuring contract and regulatory compliance, planning operational priorities, and guiding a team of operational managers toward project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of professional experience.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a Secret security clearance.
• Strong financial management, planning, and compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the project's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
• Act as primary liaison for the state client.
• Ensure operations comply with contract requirements and regulations.
• Plan and schedule to achieve performance goals.
• Lead and mentor operational managers.
• Support project direction with audits, forecasts, and modeling.
• Provide proactive leadership to meet corporate goals.
