Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Operations Program Management 2 (OPM) Functional Lead to guide a team in the Central Region M&O organization from Utah. You will deliver manufacturing programs with cost, schedule, and quality controls, driving cross-functional collaboration and risk management.

The role requires strong leadership, program management expertise, and the ability to align teams with enterprise manufacturing strategies while ensuring timely, budget-conscious execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing/engineering/operations or program environment.
• Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing/engineering/operations or program environment is acceptable.
• Experience leading tasks on schedule, cost, and meeting requirements as PM/IPT/CAM.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Government Secret clearance.
• Experience with manufacturing execution systems and MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Manufacturing Operations interface with Program Office, Business Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance.
• Collaborate across programs and functions to execute strategies that improve operational effectiveness.
• Manage risk assessments and ensure compliance across supported areas.
