Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Operations Program Management 2 (OPM) Functional Lead based in Utah. You will oversee manufacturing operations across multiple sites, leading a team to integrate cost, schedule and technical performance while mitigating risk and ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with program offices, engineering, supply chain and mission assurance to implement end-to-end manufacturing strategies and drive continuous improvement in a high tempo

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing/engineering field; 8+ years (or Master’s with 6+ years) of related experience.
• Experience leading tasks on schedule, cost, and requirements as a Program/Project Manager or IPT.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
• Knowledge of manufacturing execution systems and MRP systems.
• Experience developing proposals and managing program execution with schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Manufacturing Operations interface with Program Office, Business Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and Mission Assurance.
• Collaborate with multiple organizations to execute strategies that improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage risk assessments and mitigate risks across supported business areas.
