Vida Health is seeking a senior program lead to own and maintain the integrated plan for multiple initiatives, coordinating workstreams, milestones, and owners across diverse teams. You will drive cross-functional alignment and ensure dependencies are tracked and managed effectively.

The role includes establishing governance structures like steering committees, working group charters, escalation paths, and decision logs to support scalable program execution and clear accountability.

• Own and maintain the integrated program plan across multiple major initiatives, tracking workstreams, milestones, owners, and dependencies across a dozen-plus functional teams.
• Drive alignment and sequence workflows across Operations, Product, Clinical, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Client Success teams.
• Stand up and maintain governance structures, including steering committee cadences, working group charters, escalation paths, and decision logs.
