Responsibilities

• Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.
• Performs activities in cross-functional areas including production, quality, manufacturing, equipment, and material management.
• Schedules work, assists with employee selection, reviews performance, administers work rules, and recommends compensation.
• Responsible for productivity and product quality within their program area.
• Recommend equipment upgrades, staffing adjustments, and process modifications.
• Monitors that manufacturing operations comply with OSHA, EPA, and safety regulations.
