Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years ofOperations Management experience or 6 years of related management experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience leading production teams and achieving schedule goals.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the team and run the daily SQDIP meetings.
• Conduct daily safety walks of areas.
• Manage the job functions for each team member and program.
• Plan the production schedule for each week.
• Address all issues reviewed with team.
• Approve team member’s time.
• Review metrics for improvements.
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance.
