Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 6 years relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with minimum 4 years related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team members and directs daily work for direct reports.
• Provides day-to-day guidance to direct reports to maintain workflow.
• Participates in hiring, promotion, performance and compensation decisions.
• Reports to the Senior Operations Manager.
• Communicates with internal and external stakeholders including customers or vendors.
• Explains policies and procedures within the area of responsibility.
• Plans and establishes operational objectives for the team.
• Delivers results aligned with department targets and standards.
• Assigns tasks to achieve operational targets and service levels.
