Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies Texas is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead site financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will manage the FP&A team and translate operational and commercial drivers into clear financial outlooks and actions.

The role requires strong leadership, deep P&L understanding, and experience in coordinating with Operations, Commercial, and Supply Chain to drive revenue and margin forecasts in a fast-paced biomanufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of finance/FP&A experience with a degree in finance or related field
• 6+ years with a Master's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience
• Experience leading planning and forecasting cycles and partnering with cross-functional leaders

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, re-budget, rolling forecast, and monthly forecast processes
• Prepare executive-ready reporting and present results, outlooks, risks, and actions to site leadership
• Perform variance analysis and drive corrective actions with business owners
• Manage P&L analysis across revenue, costs, depreciation, and other drivers
• Partner with Accounting on close activities and revenue recognition
• Maintain financial models, assumptions, KPIs, and documentation
• Drive standardization and automation across planning, forecasting, and analytics
• Support audits and ensure controls compliance (SOX/J-SOX)
• Manage, coach, and develop the FP&A team
• Collaborate with Ops, Commercial, Supply Chain, HR, IT, and Finance
• Lead ad hoc analyses and special projects
