Job summary

You will support contingency planning, exercise development, and watch-center activities while coordinating with internal and external clients.

The role requires a BA/BS and 5+ years in strategic/operational planning, plus strong communication and organizational skills. A Top Secret with SCI eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 5+ years of experience in strategic/operational plan development.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in emergency management, contingency and exercise planning.
• Security clearance: Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and maintenance of contingency operation and emergency action plans.
• Develop draft exercise plans to test concepts and support mission readiness.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of key mission-essential processes.
• Perform watch officer tasks: answering phones and radios, observing cameras and monitoring devices.
• Provide draft reports related to events, incidents, and activities.
• Facilitate communications and automated equipment technologies in an operations center.
• Prepare for training, testing, and exercise opportunities, both planned and unplanned.
• Assess tests and exercises, provide recommendations to evolve capabilities for mission requirements.
• Demonstrate proficiency with operations center systems and prepare plans and training materials.
