Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II on the DFN Deployment Team in the United States. You will lead and develop a diverse team, implement efficient workflows, and drive safety and operational excellence across warehouse operations.

This role requires 25–50% travel, partnering with HR and site leadership on hiring, and delivering KPI insights to support continuous improvement. DHL offers medical, dental, vision, 401K, stock purchase, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, required.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience, required.
• Experience with P&L management and project management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, and best practices.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership for hiring Supervisors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and drive satisfaction.
