Quest Diagnostics is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead specimen processing in a high-volume, metric-driven environment. You will build, lead, and retain large teams while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and proven success in manufacturing-like settings, with hands-on automation and systems management, plus workforce planning at scale to optimize throughput and service levels.

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven manager who thrives under pressure and knows how to build, lead, and retain large teams while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Production experience - Background in manufacturing or another high-throughput, high-pressure operating environment
• Automation & systems management -Recent, hands-on experience with automation and the daily management of systems and the support groups that maintain them
• Labor force management- Proven track record of successful staffing, retention, and workforce planning at scale
• Team leadership- Recent experience leading large teams
