Qualifications

• 7+ years of management experience in a high-volume 3PL, distribution, warehouse, and transportation environment.
• High-volume e-commerce experience.
• Strong background in inbound or outbound operations.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operations of distribution, packaging, and transportation to meet company objectives and customer expectations.
• Evaluate overall operations and develop short- and long-term goals to meet organizational objectives.
• Oversee warehousing, distribution, packaging, and transportation operations to ensure requirements are met.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance value, service, and profitability.
• Directly manage budget and P&L for operations.
• Develop work plans to ensure staffing levels and manage labor costs.
