Qualifications

• 5+ years management experience in a high-volume 3PL/distribution environment.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, WMS, and metrics.
• Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operations of distribution, packaging, and transportation to meet objectives.
• Develop short and long-term goals for operations and performance improvements.
• Oversee warehousing and logistics to satisfy customer requirements.
• Lead safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage budget and P&L for operations and staffing plans.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
