Job summary

West Coast Magnetics in Stockton, CA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end order fulfillment and on-time shipments. You will lead cross-functional teams and own the Sage environment to manage demand, materials, and inventory.

Day-to-day focuses include reviewing POs, validating MRP signals, coordinating with Purchasing, Production, and Document Control, and ensuring inventory accuracy and compliant documentation under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations/materials/production control/supply chain in manufacturing.
• 3+ years leading managers and supervisors.
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service, Purchasing, Production, Stockroom, and Document Control through the full order cycle.
• Own Sage transactions and controls: order entry, MRP, work orders, and inventory movements.
• Drive performance on on-time delivery, paperwork accuracy, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain disciplined processes aligned to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
