Glovis America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Yard, VPC, and QC functions in Shreveport, LA. Responsible for driving performance, coordinating vehicle processing, and managing daily production and reporting activities.

The role requires leadership, strong planning and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality across multiple departments on site in Shreveport.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–10 years direct operational knowledge and leadership in production/logistics.
• 4–7 years supervisory experience required.
• Must hold a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Improve performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of departmental operations.
• Coordinate vehicle processing and logistics with internal teams and suppliers.
• Review production and operating reports to minimize costs and delays.
• Report operational matters to SR Manager or General Manager.
• Work with customers to meet expectations and ensure quality control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations.
