Job summary

ODW Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to lead one or more high-volume facilities, owning safety, customer relations, operations metrics, staff development and P&L. You will drive continuous improvement and partner with leaders to ensure efficient, reliable service for clients.

Required: 3–5+ years in management, a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field; strong MS Office and warehouse management systems knowledge; prior P&L exposure and multi-shift experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management/supervisor experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, operations or equivalent education/work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and warehouse management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize productivity, quality and service across operations by applying best practices in layouts and material handling.
• Report on business plan objectives vs. actual results to senior management and clients.
• Support frontline leaders and staff to attract, develop and retain talent.
• Arrange staffing to ensure distribution centers are properly staffed.
• Ensure safety and efficiency according to customer and employer procedures.
