Responsabilidades

• Direct the workflow of drivers, packers and helpers to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Authorize invoices and coordinate with the corporate office.
• Make personnel decisions including hiring, evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Report significant issues to the Regional Vice President and resolve employee conflicts.
• Lead recruitment for over-the-road positions and serve as driver liaison.
