The role requires reviewing financial statements, coordinating schedules, hiring decisions, and reporting to the Regional VP. A Bachelor's degree and prior management in logistics are preferred.

Formación

• Previous managerial experience (required)
• Previous experience in logistics and transportation (required)
• Bachelor's degree preferred (college/ university in related field)

Responsabilidades

• Review financial statements to identify improvements.
• Meet with associates regularly to communicate expectations and scheduling.
• Assign work to subordinates to keep the office profitable and efficient; follow up on tasks.
• Intervene in all facets of the office as needed.
• Identify where to advertise to generate leads for moves.
• Authorize and transmit invoices to corporate office for payment.
• Make personnel decisions including hiring, terminations, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Report significant issues to the Regional Vice President.
• Resolve employee conflicts.
• Communicate or escalate client issues with move management/operations.
• OTR recruiting.
• OTR driver liaison.
• Source equipment repair services.
• Other duties as assigned.
