Tidal Vision is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimize the expanding operations of Frog Environmental and Clear Water Services in California. This role emphasizes strategic workforce planning, safety, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional leadership to deliver high-quality service.

The candidate will oversee field services and warehouse operations, drive efficiency, and collaborate with senior leaders to support long-term growth and environmental responsibility.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years experience as an Operations Manager or in a senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive operational excellence.
• Ability to effectively partner with senior leaders, regional managers and field services team members to coordinate and align organizational priorities.
• Skilled in identifying operational inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and driving culture.
• Willingness and ability to work long days to meet customer and team members needs.
• 6+ years experience in resource allocation, and labor forecasting.
• 4+ years experience in high level management.
• Strong time management skills.
• Experience in corporate safety.

Aufgaben

• The Operations Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the effective, efficient, and professional management of both Frog and CWS business units.
• Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role partners closely with regional managers, and other senior leaders to drive operational excellence, optimize workforce and project performance, and strengthen service delivery across all functions.
• This position plays a critical role in strategic workforce planning, project execution, and cross-departmental coordination.
• The Operations Manager ensures all projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and in full compliance with regulatory, environmental, and company standards.
• Key responsibilities include maximizing labor utilization, enhancing client relationships, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement to advance operational efficiency and minimize environmental impact.
• The Operations Manager will collaborate with management and team leaders to drive innovation, elevate performance, and support the long term success of the business.
