Job summary

Clear Water Services, a Tidal Vision company, seeks a strategic President to lead from the Everett, WA region or California operations. The role focuses on delivering stormwater treatment and environmental remediation solutions, guiding growth, and shaping the company’s mission alongside Tidal Vision.

As primary ambassador, you will inspire employees and stakeholders, maintain customer-centric culture, and drive innovation while aligning with corporate strategy and evolving project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategy and operations of complex businesses.
• Track record of growth and capability building for customers.
• Ability to manage onsite and remote teams effectively.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%+ and operate across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Inspire teams with a clear vision and strong alignment.
• Translate strategy into focused operational excellence.
• Build and optimize all key business functions (Sales, Manufacturing, IT, Finance, etc.).
• Communicate effectively with executives, boards, customers, and regulators.
• Travel to sites as needed and manage operations remotely when not onsite.
• Provide strong public speaking and stakeholder engagement.
