Job summary

Saber Power Services in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily construction operations across high, medium, and low voltage electrical infrastructure projects within the Oklahoma area. You will coordinate scopes, schedules, safety, and quality with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.

This role reports to the Operations Director – Gulf Coast and offers a path toward senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant construction management experience required; 15+ years desired.
• 5+ years of managerial or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations across assigned Oklahoma area for high/medium/low voltage electrical projects (substations, transmission, distribution).
• Lead Sales, Construction Managers and project delivery teams to ensure consistent execution of plans and standards.
• Coordinate with Sales & Operations Director to implement strategies across Estimating, Procurement, Construction, and PM activities.
• Monitor safety, schedule, cost, quality, staffing, productivity, risk, and client performance; identify trends and take corrective actions.
• Ensure documentation and QA/QC records are maintained; support field execution and turnover requirements.
