Job summary

Gryphon Oakwood is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to appoint an Operations Manager in Phoenix. This role oversees the delivery of Arizona's largest commercial, industrial and mission-critical electrical projects and leads Project Managers, Superintendents and field teams.

You will drive operational performance, profitability and project execution while ensuring safety, timeliness and budget compliance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction.
• Proven leadership of large-scale electrical projects and project teams.
• Strong operational, financial and client-facing experience.
• Knowledge of the NEC.
• Experience with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera or Accubid) is advantageous.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent experience.
