The role includes pre-job planning, crew coordination, and on-site oversight of operations to address issues and optimize performance.

You will train staff, participate in hiring decisions, and collaborate with Safety and Training to maintain compliance. Occasional regional travel may be required to support operations.”

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day disposal operations ensuring budget and customer requirements are met.
• Coordinate pre-job planning, equipment needs, and crew assignments.
• Audit operations for safety, PPE, and regulatory compliance.
• Train and select staff, and support hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with Safety/Training to update compliance and standards.
• Maintain client communication and support regional operations.
