Triumvirate Environmental is actively seeking an Assistant Disposal Operations Manager to oversee regional disposal services and drive cross-functional collaboration across routes, quoting, and QA/QC. The role reports to the Disposal Operations Manager and emphasizes process optimization and strategic alignment with corporate goals.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership in operations management within waste disposal or related industries.
- 3+ years of direct industry experience.
- BS in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related majors, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional disposal operations and facilitate cross-functional collaboration across regional disposal, transportation, sales, and service teams.
- Provide guidance on regional routing strategies and waste profiling, approvals, and cost proposals.
- Review and approve CPQ disposal proposals, including cost breakdowns and labor disposal services.
- Assist with bid preparation, disposal decision-making, and cost analyses when required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party facility sales contacts to optimize disposal solutions.
