Senior Technical Recruiter at Athelas – Mountain View, CA

Senior Recruiter to support Commure's growth in Engineering, Product, and Design teams by scaling organizations through standardized, efficient, and metrics-driven recruiting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Identify creative ways to activate and engage passive Talent in Engineering, Product, and Design; utilize data to set benchmarks and metrics for targeted recruiting strategies; apply expertise to meet hiring targets and develop full-cycle hiring strategies; work with hiring teams to design interview plans; manage multiple requisitions with active and passive candidates; create and implement sourcing strategies and workflows for robust and diverse candidate pipelines; and maintain data hygiene through Ashby.

Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success in high-volume Engineering, Product, and Design recruitment; experience designing and implementing scalable recruiting processes and workflows; success in scaling a high-growth tech company; excellent project management skills; strong stakeholder management experience and ability to work independently; experience with Engineering, Product, and Design recruiting within the software industry.
