Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses in Manchester, CT is seeking a Senior Distribution Manager to lead our largest distribution center. You will guide a team to move product safely and efficiently while managing inventory and service to customers.

Partner with Distribution and Transportation teams to optimize product movement, develop Supervisors and Associates, promote safety, recruit top performers, and drive department financial goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and minimum of two years of college coursework required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strategic decision-making skills.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new programs.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others.
• Minimum five years of applicable experience managing teams in warehouse environment.

As a Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to safely and efficiently move product through our distribution network. You and your team will also be responsible for inventory management and accountability. As a manager in our business, you and your team must provide outstanding customer service to your internal and external customers.
