Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses is seeking a Warehouse Leader to oversee operations, develop teams, and ensure safe, efficient distribution activities. The role emphasizes hiring, coaching, performance management, and adherence to safety policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent business experience.
• Three years in leading and developing warehouse teams, inventory and facilities management experience.
• Coaching and training experience.
• Work a Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and contractors as well as oversee all warehouse operations.
• Hire, train, conduct performance appraisals and develop associates and supervisors.
• Meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment, meeting business metrics in a continuous-improvement environment.
