Job summary

ADVANTAGE MEDIA SERVICES LLC in Delaware is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee all aspects of warehouse and related functions. You will drive cost efficiency, staffing levels, productivity, and quality, while maintaining a P&L for the operation.

You will provide senior management with vital reports, participate in strategic planning, monitor key metrics, and implement policies to improve profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and budgeting to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Provide periodic business results analysis to COO and participate in strategic planning.
• Lead policy development, safety/training guidelines, and KPI monitoring.
• Manage inbound/outbound transportation operations and freight negotiations.
