Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join an accelerated leadership development program. You will rotate across plasma centers nationwide, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship to prepare for a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.

The program requires relocation after completion, up to 95% travel, and leadership of large teams. It offers growth, exposure to high-volume centers, and a clear path to center management.

Qualifications

• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift; willingness to travel to various locations.
• Work evenings, weekends and holidays; valid driver’s license throughout the program.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch and lift up to 5 lbs, occasionally 32–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Continuous learning and development through an ~6 month expedited training program.
• Lead and develop a diverse team, conduct performance reviews and staffing.
• Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager with cross-location networking.
• Provide operational support and problem-solve with senior management.
• Foster exceptional donor experiences and assist with production as needed.
• Travel nationwide to learn the business and open new plasma centers.
