Qualifications

- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Experience planning, directing, and coordinating multiple projects.
- Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions.
- Strong budget and fiscal management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of HIPAA-related confidentiality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and oversee warehouse operations.
- Manage subordinates including hiring, training, assigning, and performance appraisals.
- Ensure safe operation of the warehouse and proper maintenance of equipment.
- Address complaints and resolve problems to maintain world-class service.
- Ensure profitability of the warehouse and provide metric reporting to senior management.
- Follow company policies and comply with local, state, and federal laws.
