Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• PMP Certification, Process Modeling, Agile Project Management, Lean Six Sigma and Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous experience working in close team environment preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• MS Power BI or similar
• Basic SAP experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to encourage, guide and direct others to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Provides project management and analyses of business data for decision-making and efficiency improvement.
• Works with STIHL Inc. department teams across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Materials and Purchasing.
• Supports data-based decision-making with clear problem statements and testing timelines.
• Builds and maintains current and future state process flow diagrams and value streams.
• Aggregates and analyzes business data for project needs and leadership.
• Conducts project management per STIHL standards and uses DMAIC, 5-Why, Ishikawa techniques.
• Presents findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Supports leadership development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Organizes cross-functional workshops on lean initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
