Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in the United States is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join an accelerated leadership development program that will rotate you through plasma centers nationwide. You will learn all aspects of running high-volume facilities while preparing for a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.

The program combines hands-on management experience, mentorship, and relocation opportunities after completion.

Qualifications

• Relocation required after graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Learning & Development: six-month training; 12 months to Plasma Center Manager.
• Team Management: motivate a diverse team; conduct performance reviews; staffing and growth.
• Career Advancement: aim for Plasma Center Operations Manager; open new centers.
• Supportive Teamwork: operate in fast-paced environment; provide operational support; train managers.
• Exceptional Customer Service: retain donors and assist with production.
• Travel Opportunities: network nationwide and return home every other weekend.
