Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on water and/or wastewater treatment process engineering experience.
• Direct experience designing for Direct Potable Reuse (DPR) or Indirect Potable Reuse (IPR).
• Deep working knowledge of advanced unit processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, oversee, and optimize water treatment systems from raw influent to finished water.
• Produce PFDs, P&IDs, mass and energy balances.
• Travel to commissioning sites and lead performance validation.

Skills

Design complete water and wastewater treatment systems

Produce process flow diagrams (PFDs)

Size and specify equipment

Develop bills of materials (BOMs)

Perform process modeling and simulation

Optimize designs for CapEx and OpEx

Design to regulatory standards

Work directly with factory floor team

Translate customer requirements into specifications

Develop technical proposals

Education

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering

Professional Engineer (PE) license — Texas PE preferred
