Job summary

Performance Team, a Maersk company, is seeking a Operations Manager for our Los Angeles distribution center on the 2nd shift (12:30pm–9:30pm). You will manage multiple large-scale operations and lead teams through supervisors to ensure efficient warehousing and distribution.

The role requires a BA/BS and 5–10 years of related experience, P&L oversight, and ability to align operations with customer goals. On-site, full-time with competitive pay range of $100,000–$110,000, with benefits including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and 5–10 years of related experience or equivalent.
• P&L experience is highly desired.
• Spanish speaking skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains DC operations business plans including P&L and customer requirements.
• Guides implementation of distribution center process plans and staffing.
• Ensures costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Coordinates with other functions and suppliers to optimize resources.
• Trains staff and enforces company policies and regulatory compliance.
