Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategic operations, business transformation, or management consulting.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills with cross-functional alignment.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Expertise in BI and data analysis using Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with revenue growth experience.
• Experience in pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and whitespace management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and manage strategic plans aligning with company goals.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and transformation.
• Advise on BI practices to support decision-making through processes, tools, and stakeholders.
• Refine commercial strategies and manage whitespace and cross-sell initiatives for revenue growth.
• Enhance customer lifecycle via process optimization and SOP development.
• Support enablement strategy, ensuring process alignment and documentation across the org.
• Oversee pricing strategies and profitability across product lines.
• Build and mentor the Strategy & Operations team and align goals with company objectives.
• Assist in acquisition activities to enable smooth transitions and synergies.
