This position provides leadership, technical direction, and oversight of Facility Operations as it relates to FOD responsibilities, and directs daily Operations, provides Facility oversight, and coordinates facility activities. While working to achieve N3B LLCC objectives, the Operations Manager will ensure all activities and operations are performed in a safe and deliberate manner; will maintain required safety, security and operational training; assure procedural and regulatory compliance; and make safety, security and quality an integral part of every task; including taking the necessary steps to stop work if continuing the job is unsafe or compromises security.
The Operations Manager will ensure the overall safety and security of operations within their assigned facilities, and will ensure deployed functions (e.g. Engineering, Maintenance, ESH) are accountable for their performance in support of Operations in their respective areas of responsibility. The Operations Manager will strive to provide extraordinary customer service to facility tenants, programmatic operations, and other customers within assigned facilities. The Operations Manager will have through knowledge of N3B Conduct of Maintenance, Conduct of Engineering, Conduct of Operations and quality assurance programs.
The Operations Manager 4 reports to the Facility Operations Director for CH-TRU Facilities in support of the N3B facility portfolio.

Education and Experience Required:
Bachelors’ degree combined with at least 10 years relative experience. Experience should include a minimum of 5 years’ of management responsibility. However, a combination of education and relevant experience wherein the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the position’s duties and responsibilities have been adequately demonstrated is acceptable.
Education Equivalency: 2 years of relevant experience for 1 year of college.
Business Associations:
Interacts frequently with internal and external management and senior-level customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, and/or contractual clarifications. Leads briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives.
Impact:Decisions have an extended impact on work processes and outcomes. Erroneous decisions result in critical delays and modifications to projects or operations, cause substantial expenditure of additional time, human resources, and funds, and jeopardize future business activity.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Normally assigned to perform work in an office environment. Only electrical hazards and other minor potential hazards normally found in an office environment are anticipated.
