Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations or project management leadership in construction or related field.
• Proven track record managing multiple commercial projects on time and budget.
• Experience managing remote field crews and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle from award through mobilization to demobilization.
• Manage all day-to-day operations across projects and teams.
• Own operational budgets, job costing, and margin performance.
