Qualifications

• Experience leading pharmaceutical manufacturing operations at scale.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA remediation, and quality systems.
• Proven ability to drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain and facilities operations.
• Transform site into a compliant pharma manufacturing operation under cGMP and strong operating discipline.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, and external experts for FDA remediation and readiness.
• Oversee restart and ramp-up of key product lines and improve equipment reliability.
• Set clear expectations and drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.
• Develop and empower a high-performing leadership team with a large hourly workforce.
• Manage capital expenditures and support future manufacturing-line expansion.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and compliant material handling.
