Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Supervisor, Operations Management to join our Camden, AR team. The role leads development and execution of production area activities to meet goals, prioritizing schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and material availability.

Essential functions include daily SQDIP meetings, safety walks, and planning weekly production while reviewing metrics for improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the team and run the daily SQDIP meetings.
• Conduct daily safety walks of areas.
• Manage the job functions for each team member and program.
• Plan the production schedule for each week.
• Address all issues reviewed with team.
• Approve team member’s time.
• Review metrics for improvements.
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance.
