Job summary

Indiana University Health seeks a Senior DPS Leader for facility operations. This role oversees DPS teams across the facility, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, safety regulations, and high-quality operations.

The leader coordinates with the facility leadership team, including CNO, COO, and Facilities, to drive performance and continuous improvement across the system's real estate assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Requires 5-7 years of experience.
• Leadership experience required.
• If role requires law enforcement duties, ILEA/sworn officer required.
• Have never had law enforcement officer license denied by final order or revoked.
• Not currently on suspension or have a voluntary surrender of law enforcement license currently in effect.
