Qualifications

Responsibilities

Drive and implement the business plan to achieve facility goals in area of responsibility.
Forecast staffing, workload and performance to meet demands.
Monitor expenses and asset utilization, prepare and analyze reports.
Ensure compliance with logistics, quality and safety standards.
Lead, develop, and coach associates and leaders; participate in hiring and promotion.
Serve as a community liaison and promote company programs.
