Job summary

Walmart in New Braunfels, TX is seeking a Logistics Area Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team. You will supervise associates and leaders, drive the business plan, and ensure safety, quality and productivity across the facility.

You will forecast staffing, analyze performance data, and implement improvements while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders and sustaining Walmart's operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year supervising and developing managers/supervisors in a distribution/logistics/retail setting; or equivalent Walmart experience.
• Strong ability to hire/promote staff across multiple departments and lead workload planning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage associates and leaders in area of responsibility.
• Drive and implement the business plan to meet facility goals (production, quality, safety).
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
• Prepare, review and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with logistics, quality, and safety standards and update procedures.
