• Provide day-to-day leadership to Production Supervisors and team members.
• Oversee daily production plan execution.
• Drive Lean manufacturing and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Monitor throughput and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Lead Safety, 5S, ESD and FOD programs.
• Report status and present monthly product/program updates.
