Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day leadership to Production Supervisors, Group Leaders, and team members.
• Oversee the daily execution of the production plan and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Drive Lean initiatives to remove waste and reduce costs across product lines.
• Lead safety, 5S, ESD and FOD programs and ensure a clean, safe workplace.
• Develop training plans and cross-training initiatives to meet short- and long-term needs.
