• Lead front loading activities across pre-award, award-to-production, and production-to-delivery phases to ensure manufacturability and cost targets.
• Organize CRO workshops to address yields, failure modes, and supply chain risks; drive gate reviews and program charters.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Program Management and others to establish production processes and readiness assessments.
