Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 7-10 years experience showing progression in production management, with supervisory experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing concepts and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations, engineering, planning, and facility maintenance to meet budget.
• Implement continuous improvement and cycle-time reduction plans.
• Create shipment forecasts and oversee scheduling.
• Manage inventory, costs, and on-time delivery to customers.
• Oversee safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA).
• Prepare annual department budget and monitor performance to plan.
• Manage KPIs like on-time delivery, quality, safety, and productivity per employee.
• Provide leadership for facility expansion and capital equipment installation.
• Develop direct reports and allocate resources to meet performance goals.
• Participate in recruitment and personnel decisions.
